1. No Refunds: All services are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it is final.

2. Credits for Future Services: In the event that you need to cancel or modify a project, we offer the option to apply your payment as credit towards future services. Credit must be used within 6 months of the original payment date.

3. Service Completion: We strive to deliver high-quality work on time, and your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the initial concept, we will work with you to make revisions. However, once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

4. High Volume Turnarounds: Please note that during promotions, sales, and other high-demand periods, turnaround times may be longer than usual. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
